Shipping
FREE SHIPPING TO 48 STATES: We offer free standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous United States, including the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery Timeframes
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Weekend or holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES: Once shipped, your rug will arrive within 3-6 business days.
Note: Transit time is calculated from the time the package leaves our warehouse and is not guaranteed, as weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Shipping Providers
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx Ground or other reliable shipping services to deliver your order efficiently.
Exclusions.
We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands) or internationally.
