Return&Refund Policy

Time Frame: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your rug. Please note that returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the rug
is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the product has a quality issue or you received the wrong rug, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return: 
The rug
must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items used, damaged, washed, stained, dyed, or scented will not be accepted.
A return request must be made via email before sending the rug back.
Just so you know, please make sure your return package does not include non-Yoolyn items, as we cannot be responsible for their return.
How to Request a Return:
Send an email to customerservice@yoolyn.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
Customer Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for the rug
until we receive it. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Return process:
1. Prepare the Rug: Please pack the rug securely in its original packaging (or similar) to ensure it arrives safely.
2. Attach the Label: Print the attached shipping label and affix it to the package.
3. Ship It Back: Drop off the package at your nearest location.
4. Track & Confirm: Once shipped, please reply to the email so we can keep an eye on it. After the rug reaches our warehouse, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible. This may take a little time, so thank you in advance for your patience!
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For some debit and credit cards refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
